1.

Book a “Learn More” call

Our work together starts with a “Learn More” call, where we get to know you better over the phone and ask a series of questions. This helps us determine whether we can provide value to you and be your lifelong, trusted financial planner. It’s also an opportunity for you to find out more about the services we provide and ask any necessary questions.

2.

Establish your priorities

It’s important that we take the time to really get to know you and your business. We’ll ask questions to establish what matters most, how you got to where you are, your aspirations and concerns, and what you want to do with the rest of your life. Every business owner is different, and we’ll work with you to set priorities for the years ahead. It’s at this stage that we discuss how we charge for our services.

3.

Finding a solution

We do an in-depth review of all your assets, income and expenditure to understand what needs to happen financially to allow you to reach your goals. With the use of our cashflow planning software and our technical expertise, you will have the opportunity to see your financial future and different scenarios. We will build a strategy that will help you attain and maintain your desired lifestyle.

4.

Put your plan into action

We will present your lifestyle financial plan to you and explain in detail the steps we suggest you take to help you achieve your goals. Once you are happy with our recommendations, we then move to implement your plan on your behalf. A comprehensive plan, that we review with you regularly, together with a well-thought-out investment strategy, should play a hugely beneficial role in your life today and in the years and decades ahead.

5.

Ongoing annual meetings

We want to cement a long-term, trusted relationship with you, which means our service continues even after implementation. We schedule future planning meetings once a year so we can catch up with where you are and check that your plans are still in line with your goals. We continue to work with you in retirement to ensure that your finances are managed in a way that allows you to do the things that are most important to you.

Helping business owners sell, retire or make work optional in 5 - 10 years

Our approach isn’t focused on the sale of financial products. Instead, we focus on you, on helping you to simplify your finances and develop a financial plan that will help you to make smart decisions about your retirement through our lifestyle financial planning and investment management services.
